 We only ship to the PayPal confirmed address. We will pay the cost of your return delivery and refund you in full if your return is due to our error - for example, if the item is defective or we have sent it to you incorrectly.

  • You have 14 days to contact us for returning the item. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.
  • All return items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your ebay ID.
  • We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition. It is the buyer's responsibility to return goods with a secure postal method, as no refunds will be issued on returns which are lost or stolen.
  • If in an unlikely event your item has been received damaged or faulty in anyway, please contact us with 24 hours; we will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
