This is a Cylinder Rebuild Kit for the YAMAHA  YXR-450 RHINO 2006-09 and ATV YFM-450 GRIZZLY 2007-16, WOLVERINE 2006-10, KODIAK 450 2003-06 & 2018-23 This kit fits liquid cooled cylinder #5ND00 with the removable sleeve.

Rebuild the top end and keep your Yamaha 450 running!

 Features a new cylinder sleeve, new standard 84.50mm VERTEX piston kit and top end gasket kit with valve seals. 

A qualified machine shop is required to remove the original sleeve from the cylinder, re-install the new sleeve, **bore the sleeve to fit the new piston, hone the cylinder to the new clearance. **Please note the cylinder is semi-bore inside diameter and needs to be bored to fit the standard piston.

  Piston is 10:1 stock compression and includes rings, clips, wrist pin.

  Pistons are quality replacement type piston for a smooth rebuild.
