1947 American Legion Convention Medal. New York.   I have lightened the photos a little by computer so this can be read easily. The back has some red toning but not as red as what the photo shows. Hole at top for chain or ribbon.  I recently purchased 100 tokens/medals from a coin dealer estate and this is one of those. He was not very diligent in identifying or grading so DO NOT go by what is written on the coin holder, that is from the previous owner, however with this token he seems to be fairly correct with his information. The obverse is nice but the reverse has the reddish toning and some corrosion.  FAIR-GOOD condition.    I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is $1.50 in the U.S. If you need a tracking number the shipping is $3.95.
