This is a NEW SIGNATURE EAGLE,  it is  15 X 228, RIGHT HAND ROTATION, it is  a very fast propeller with lots of bow lift.  This is a Hill Marine casting, made in the USA.  Cast from 15-5 stainless and heat treated.........Offered without a hub kit.   Hill Marine Part Number:  100-028R3E
