- All of our items are backed with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In case you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via e-Bay messages. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
- Make sure you send your return via an insured and traceable service such as UPS, FedEx with delivery confirmation. You'll want to be able to track the package if any questions arise. Return your item in an appropriate corrugated outer shipping carton (like we used to ship to you).
- If our shipment to you is refused, or if it's returned to us because of an address error, etc., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
STARTING A RETURN:
1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return. Depending on the seller's return policy, we may put you in touch with the seller directly.
3. If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload photos. Both eBay Customer Service and the seller can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed. Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
4. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.
