This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE ceramic sculpture of a San Francisco Alamo Square row house by Mel Hall from 1986.  This sculpture is hand painted and handmade.  It is supremely detailed to look exactly like one of the row houses in San Francisco.  The bushes, windows, clapboards, bricks and pavement are all very detailed and very perfect.  It is signed on the back "UEC," "'86" and "Mel," with the signature fish.  This sculpture is in VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION!  It has no cracks or scratches.  There are 3 small chips (2 on the corners of the roof and 1 on the back of the house near the back door) - see the last photos.
