If an item is returned and shows clear signs of damage caused by incorrect installation, mishandling or other misuse, we reserve the right to reject the warranty claim.
If an item is returned as “faulty” but our testing shows it to be fully working, or it has clearly not been opened/installed, we reserve the right to deduct our original shipping and any return postage costs from the refund to cover our expenses.
