RICE FLOUR
Rice flour is made by grinding rice grains finely. It is an integral ingredient of Japanese cuisine and an important part of a gluten-free diet. In the Land of the Rising Sun, it is used to make rice noodles, dumplings and paper, and in Polish cuisine it can be used as a thickener or an element of pancakes, baked goods and breadcrumbs. It contains dietary fiber that regulates intestinal peristalsis and additionally supports the body in the fight against bad cholesterol. Additionally, it has lower caloric value than wheat flour.

Ground rice is not only a proposition for people with food intolerances, but also for all lovers of variety in the kitchen. It is worth remembering that rice flour, due to the lack of gluten - which gives baked goods plumpness and elasticity - should be used in appropriate proportions and in combination with other flours. Apart from its culinary purpose, it is perfect for preparing home cosmetics such as masks, scrubs, conditioners and powders.
