Shelled hemp seeds
Hemp seeds can be eaten raw as an addition to meals, milk or used for baking, e.g. bread or cookies. You can also add them to muesli, sprinkle sandwiches and salads. We recommend mixing the grains with fruit, juice or smoothie.

NOTE: Do not consume more than 2-3 tablespoons daily.
