Both these batteries are interchangeable but if you watch contains an alarm or backlight & you are a high user of either of these, the 365 is recommended as it will last longer. 

These are supplied in their original sealed capsule, 

The Seiko/Maxwell are interesting we ordered Seiko & got Seiko packaging OK but when listing discovered the actual batteries were stamped Maxwell. (It would look like, Seiko probably make Maxwell)

 With using these batteries since they first appeared we have found from experience that Seiko & RAYOVAC are among the highest quality & reliability when it comes to the make/brand-name of batteries
