Iron them on or break out the needle and thread, choice is yours; we use 3M heat activated glue on the back all the way to the edges just in case you want to fast track it with an iron or heat press.  We also make sure the glue on the back goes all the way to the edges to prevent any edge 'flare-ups'.  Oh, and we use a real merrow border as opposed to the cheap heat cut borders.
