What a pretty pink and
green hand-painted porcelain dogwood flower. A pastel green colored base fading to a pink top.
The dogwood flowers are pink, magenta, yellow, on
the mug face and a single bloom and leaves on the back. The ledge has a half-moon-shaped
opening to allow the passage of liquids and serves as a guard to keep
moustaches dry. Nippon trademark on the bottom from around the 1890's. This charming Porcelain pot belly cup with gold-leaf scalloped trim. Wonderful ruffled edges, fingertip/ grip notches on either
side, a raised swooped grove to each side, a delicate ornate unique handle. This piece is in
excellent antique condition, no chips or cracks, perfect condition.
