All repaired hash board information will be logged in our database. Please provide the serial number when requesting rework.

Our repair process typically takes 1-30days. If the repair exceeds 30 days, we will contact the customer. Once the repair is complete, we aim to ship the boards back within 2 business days.

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address on eBay/PayPal, and timely collection of their orders. Failure to do so will result in the buyer being responsible for any loss, shipping charges, and fees incurred.
