new, never opened from distributor.
Mint Condition: Pop/Box
is in “like new” condition.
Great Condition: Like new
with minor dinks or scratches.
Good Condition: Minor
scratching and warping on plastic, minor creasing to box.
Poor Condition: Major
warping, lots of scratches, creasing and/or tears on box, and faded paint.
Damaged Condition: Visibly
damaged or broken.

Shipping Policy:
Any preorders purchased will ship
as soon as the item becomes available. It is everyone’s duty to check the status
of their preorders, as the dates are subject to change. Any changes for presale
items will be adjusted and shipped on new release dates. Please refer to the
current listing for statue as the dates will not change on your purchase order.
Orders are typically shipped the next day following this rule. Orders placed
before 7pm ET are processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed after 7pm
ET will be processed the next day and shipped the following. *(For example:
Monday before 7pm will be shipped Tuesday. Orders placed Monday after 7pm will
be shipped Wednesday)
Return Policy:
Buyers will receive free returns
in the first 30 days of purchase but are required to pay a 25% restock fee of
the purchased item. (You
are charged a restock fee to cover
the company's expenses to prep the item for resale.) If your item is received damaged/defective
or if the wrong item is sent, you will not be charged a restock fee due to an
in-house error. Any items purchased through a promo or sale are final
and are not eligible for returns. Factory sealed/brand new items are not
refundable once opened.
Cancelation Policy:
We do accept cancellation
for products that are in stock and that have not yet been shipped. Any
items shipped cannot be canceled. You may process a return once you receive the
item. We DO NOT
accept cancellation on preorder items, this sale is final. Under a special
request as emergency, we may consider cancelation but buyers will be subject a
25% restock fee. (Please see return and pre-order policy for more details.)
Pre-Order Policy:
All pre-orders of products are
final. We do not offer refunds or cancellation for anything that is purchased
before the release of the item. This also includes items with dates that are
subject to change due to high demand. (**Example** Item is set to release Jan. 2023 but date of
release changes to September 2023, this is because of the high demand and the
delay in distribution.) We order based on the demand of orders from
buyers, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for a preorder. Once
you receive the item you may process a return as long as the item has not been
opened. (Please see return and cancelation policy for more details.)
Coming Soon Policy:
We do offer cancelations and returns on
coming soon products but these are subject to 25% restock fee. Coming
soon are products that are being processed at our distributor and are being
prepared to ship to our warehouse. Once its processed and shipped, the title
will change on the products. For buyers to check statues please refer to the
listing as the title will not change after its purchased. For example: “Coming Soon” will
change to “Coming 1/1” which these states when we will receive the item. All
shipping dates are subject to change. (Please read our store policies
for more details.)
