This is the majority of the set and builds most of the vehicles and minifigures from the set.  The rest of the set is not included, this listing is for the pictured set bags only.  A perfect lot for restoring incomplete sets, adding to any Lego city, or sourcing interesting builds and parts for play or custom designs.
