Installation Steps:

- Preparation: Before installing the carburetor, ensure that you have cleaned all relevant components, 

including the intake manifold, air filter, etc. Check and remove any blockages or dirt.

- Choose a suitable carburetor: Choose a suitable carburetor based on your vehicle type and needs. Ensure that the 

specifications and dimensions of the carburetor are compatible with the vehicle engine.

- Installation adjustment: Ensure that the connecting pipes and wires are properly connected, and tighten the screws to ensure stability.

- Adjusting the air fuel ratio: The air fuel ratio in the carburetor needs to be adjusted appropriately to ensure normal engine operation. Use 

appropriate tools (such as screwdrivers, wrenches) to adjust the mixture and intake volume according to the vehicle model.

- Check for leaks: After installation, carefully check for any fuel or gas leaks. Pay special attention to connection points and sealing points. 

Ensure that all connections are tight and not loose.

- Regular maintenance: The carburetor requires regular maintenance to maintain its normal operation. 

Regularly clean and inspect carburetors, replace filters, etc.

Note:

Difficult or failed startup: This may be caused by fuel supply issues. Check if the fuel pipeline is blocked, clean or replace the filter, 

and ensure that the fuel pump is working properly. Also check if the spray holes and throttle valves inside the carburetor are blocked.

Poor performance or stalling: If the engine experiences noise, shaking, or performance degradation during acceleration, it is likely due to 

improper mixture adjustment. Adjust the mixture screw of the air fuel ratio in the carburetor to achieve appropriate fuel supply and 

ideal combustion.

Oil leakage or overflow: The carburetor may experience oil leakage or overflow. Check if the seals are intact and ensure 

that all connections are tight and not loose. If necessary, replace the seals or repair the oil leakage problem.

Stuck throttle: Stuck throttle may cause difficulty in acceleration or loss of response. Check for smooth throttle movement, remove any 

blockages or dirt, and lubricate necessary components.

High idle or low idle: If the engine speed is too high or too low at idle, it may be necessary to adjust the idle screw. According to the vehicle 

model, fine tune the idle screw in the carburetor to achieve appropriate idle speed.

Easy to stall: If the engine is prone to stalling, check if the air fuel ratio is correct to ensure a stable fuel supply. Also check if the nozzle and 

throttle valve are clean and ensure that the ignition system is working properly.
