Delivery details

Items will be shipped in 1 to 3 businesses day of receiving cleared payment.
Once shipped, shipping times are estimated as follows:We send to USA, 15-25 working days; UK, 15-25 working days; Australia / Canada, 15-35 working days; Europe, 15-35 working days, Other Countries, 20-45 working days.
We can also provide express post by EMS(4-15 days) or DHL(4-8 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 35 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us. Very reasonalbe shipping fee will be charged

Terms of sales

If the Product you have purchased is faulty or it is not as we describe it, then within 30 days of the day of its delivery you may exercise the right for a refund.

Please contact us via ebay message to get the return shipping address. The goods must be returned in resalable condition(unmarked and undamaged and in its original box and original condition along with all its accessories and packaging. Buyer is responsible for P&P cost.
Any damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours on receipt.
Accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will charge 20% restocking fee if the buyers want to return the packages when it is not our sellers fault.
