Here is an original rare undocumented tract that was published after the Old Theology Quarterly's stopped being printed in 1908. In many ways it is like the Old Theology Quarterly #27 tract that was originally published in 1895 by Watchtower. The Title of this tract is A Dark Cloud and Its Silver Lining. It has a poem that pictures the darkness which has oppressed Gods people. It is four pages long and is very nice!!! This is a rare piece of early Theocratic history and is for the advanced Watchtower Collector!

Each of the Old Theology Quarterly's tracts had a number assigned and varied from a single page to over a hundred pages. This tract does NOT have the name Old Theology Quarterly on it. When you look at the address of Bethel at the top of the first page of the tract we see that it is 13-17 Hicks St., Brooklyn, NY. As you know, Bethel moved to Brooklyn about 1909. The last Old Theology Quarterly's were printed in 1908. Because the ad in this tract for Volume 4 of the Studies in the Scriptures calls the book The Day of Vengeance and we know that this book was renamed The Battle of Armageddon in 1912 so this tract probably dates between 1909 and 1912. That makes this a rare undocumented Watchtower tract! It is super difficult and very rare to find any publications that were produced by the US Branch, especially ones from Brother Russell's day!

During 1880 Russell and his helpers were further busy in writing several tracts, each being numbered. After 1891 this tract series first regularly marked “Bible Students Tracts” also were called Old Theology Quarterly. They were provided free for general public distribution by Watch Tower readers to expose fallacies of church doctrines

Late in 1902, or early in 1903, I had my first experience of field service. My father used to take me with him on Sunday mornings to hand out Old Theology Quarterly, the tracts used in those days. I used to wonder why it was necessary to go out when the snow was on the ground, or when it was raining, but was assured that the tracts would bring joy and comfort to those in the right heart condition.

In case of damage in the mail - It is imperative that you take your item/items back to your post office with the original  packing material/box/envelope and file an INTERNATIONAL DAMAGE REPORT. Refunds & Returns

Due to a change in ebay policy we NO longer accept returns, so PLEASE make sure you want or need the item you are bidding on/buying.  There may be exceptions due to mailing error etc. PayPal now keeps their fees when a return happens so we are changing a five percent change for any returns.
