Overall it’s in great condition, especially considering age. The fabric cover color is cheerful. The pages have a deckled edge. I can’t find any pen/pencil markings. The pages are a nice thicker quality and have a slight discoloration due to age. The cover has slight wear at the corners and slight discoloration at the bottom edge. See photos for condition.

A portion of a dust jacket was found slipped inside this book. The DJ mentions the book being 350 pages. This book ends on page 332 but this page count does not include pages with illustrations & photos or the introduction.
