ITEM DETAILS: This is an excellent set of eight genuine UK promotional front-of-house stills from the 1961 release of On the Double starring Danny Kaye. They come from an eclectic collection of promotional material amassed by a long time cinema employee, and having researched and examined them carefully I have no doubts as to their authenticity, but please rest assured that if you have any concerns I offer a no quibble, all costs refunded return policy and would never deliberately sell anything I suspected to be bogus. This set is in nice original condition having been stored correctly away from light and moisture in an acid free sleeve, but the collector was a smoker, and although the residual smoky smell has faded greatly in the time I've owned them, there's still a slight lingering cigarette aroma that's not intrusive and I'm sure will dissipate eventually. The set has normal signs of age and handling including some edge wear, the odd corner crease, a few finger marks on the back and a slight age yellowing, but there are no stains, fading or other unpleasant issues, and everything is exactly as you see it in the scans.
