These measure 1.230” O.D. and .680” step I.D. they use the mini 7* top locks for 6 or 7 mm valve stem diameter. The hole in the center of these retainers is .325 at bottom and tapered to .380 at top. These fit springs that are 1.230" - 1.400" outside diameter. New retail on these is $400
