1) Payment- We only accept payment through PayPal as it is the easiest way for an online payment. There are no hidden charges. You pay what you see .
2) Shipping - We ship all over the world within 12-48 hours of the time when you make payment to PayPal , through Indian Post,DHL e-Commerce, Aramex , Bombino, DHL Express and FeDex etc. Normally , delivery takes 7-20 days (time may be extended due to festivals or some unforeseen circumstances) depending upon the city and country. Any item on customer's specification may take extra time to customize as per customer's requirement.
NOTE- Please be sure to provide your full and accurate address with correct Pincode , Contact Number and e-Mail address to avoid shipment delay due to incomplete shipping address. Some shipping lines do not accept only PO Box Number , hence try to give your full address.
3) Custom Policy - We do not accept any responsibility for custom charges , taxes and duties in your country. They are not included in our prices. Payment of any customs incurred are your responsibility as a buyer. We strictly cannot issue false invoices declaring false information and prices of your item.
4) Return/Exchange Policy - 100% money back guarantee to all our valuable customer within 30 days of date of delivery and on return of the product in the same condition as received. We are unable to offer any exchange unless product is deemed to be found damaged / faulty. Refunds will be issued for your returns and you many reorder the desired item that you need.
The buyer must bear the return shipping charges as per eBay policy.
NOTE- Please note any goods which are in any way modified, adapted or used will not be eligible for a return. Included in the return you must include your full contact details and the reason for return. If the item is deemed to be faulty we will reimburse you for the postage cost upon receiving the item back with ourselves i.e. the dispatching location India, you must include proof of the cost of postage for the item in question and the reimbursement of postage will only be covered if we deem this to reasonable, for instance we will not make payment for delivery costs we deem to be unnecessarily excessive or falsified.
Please do not contact us asking for a return or complaining if you have attempted to fit the item we have sold and in the process have damaged the item, as you will not be eligible for a refund, if you believe it to be the wrong part or ill-fitting you must make sure that we receive our item back in the exact condition we sold it to you in.
