RETURNS:

Please inform us within 30 days of receipt if you intend to return an item so we can discuss the returns process. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent and packaged in the original or similarly robust packaging using an approved courier with a tracking service. 

Unless the item is faulty/damaged or the wrong item was sent, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Similarly, the original delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty/damaged or the wrong item. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from any refund where we are not at fault.

Items damaged during fitting cannot be returned unless agreed by us.

Items damaged in transit should be signed for as such and notified within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. 

All items are security marked to ensure the original item is returned. No refund will be given if the original item is not returned.
