These frames are meant to add some extra brush rest grooves to your Army Painter Wet Palette where you can put your brushes in between paint session. Also you can decide whether you want to use the brush holder, which comes with the palette by default, or just go with the frame.
If you intend to use the brush holder, go for version A. If you want to get rid of the brush holder, use version B. Simple.
