INSTRUCTIONS FOR ICING SHEET

Ensure you leave the plastic film on the the back of the icing sheet for cutting out your toppers. This will help the icing keep it's shape and prevent any damage.
Use a clean, dry, sharp scissors to cut out your toppers. Cake Toppers are uncut and require cutting to size. Once you have cut out your topper peel away the plastic film on the back and place them on to your cake(s) - we would advise placing the toppers onto butter icing/frosting, marzipan or fondant icing - you should use a very small amount of water to dampen the marzipan. It will become tacky enough to then stick on the topper. You could mix sugar icing to do the same. Apply a thin layer to stick on your topper. You will need your sugar icing to be thick enough not to run off your cake.

Black edible ink - Water, Solutizer(E1520) Humectant(E422) Colours E151, E110*, E102* Acidity Regulator E330.
Magenta edible ink -Water, Solutizer(E1520) Humectant(E422) Colours E122* Acidity Regulator E330.
Cyan edible ink - Water, Solutizer(E1520) Humectant(E422) Colours E133. Acidity Regulator E330.

INFORMATION

Our icing supplies are open fresh daily and are given a 6 month best before date. Your topper(s) will be delivered in a sealed food bag and a do not bend envelope together with instructions on how to use, ingredients and best before date. Store flat in a cool dry place in the sealed bag and envelope provided. Do not store in a fridge or freezer as the cold temperature will affect the image on your topper. 
Our toppers and inks are Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly.
