"On the old Oregon trail, over 3000 acres, water rights, free government range; 2) Glen Eyrie, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 6 x 8 inches with photo of Manor House. Famed estate of the late General Wm. J. Palmer, adjoining the "Garden of the Gods." Text describes the estate.
CONDITION: Clean. Light age toning and handling. Ad may have more age darkening than it appears in the photo. Personally removed from original magazine. Non-smoking home.
