Cable cutting blade: A specially shaped blade that cuts core wires one at a time distributes the force and allows cutting with 1/3 the force.

Gripping section: The rounded gripping section grips the material firmly at three points.
Hard wire cutting blade: The blade on the root side is induction hardened to enable cutting of hard wires such as piano wire.
