Thank you for your interest! All items purchased will be dropped at or picked up by the post office by the fifth business day, sometimes sooner, after payment clears per eBay shipping and handling selection which does not include weekends or holidays. We typically ship on two different days during the week. If there is any reason that is not possible and we have not set our eBay status to “away”, we will contact buyers asap, which is very rare.

If this item is listed as used, please understand that means it has been used and some normal wear should be expected. We try our best to show any of that in photos whenever possible. If you have any questions please reach out, we want to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase!

We do not offer returns unless there is an error on our part. If you purchase multiple items on the same day, we can try to combine shipping if possible if you reach out to us by eBay message. Sometimes combining causes it to be more costly due to weight or box size, so we will keep original shipping if that is the case.

If anything is damaged in shipping, we may be able to provide a refund for broken pieces so long as we can submit the damage to USPS via damage claim. This means you (rarely) may be asked by USPS to bring broken items to the nearest post office to show damage for approval of claim. It is usually a simple process, but please be sure to take good photos of boxes, damage and broken pieces and save items in case asked for proof by USPS.
