PAYMENT POLICY

 

Payment is required in full immediately upon winning an auction or selecting Buy It Now on an item.

Orders, where payment is not received within 24 hours, can be canceled for non-payment and the items may be relisted for sale.

Synergy_Outlet accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is our exclusive payment option for all purchases through our eBay store. We can only ship to the confirmed US Paypal Address on your account.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping onour items. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once the checkout is complete. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once an item has shipped or is in the shipping process. Our returns policy applies to all items once they have entered the shipping process.

Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations, and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer. Our warehouses, shipping carriers, and client support offices are closed on major holidays. Most packages will require an adult signature for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order and an additional email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We apologize, but we do not offer shipping outside of the 48 continental United States for store demo items.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY              

 

Please note that items sold via Synergy_Outlet are not returnable. Synergy guarantees that all equipment will work within their factory specifications. We have taken the time to personally test and inspect each item before listing it for sale on eBay. Should you receive a product that does not appear to be working correctly, please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receipt.

 

WARRANTY

 

Please note in many cases the original manufacturer warranty may be intact on items sold as store demo and open box conditions. Any manufacturer reconditioned, B-stock, C-stock and "acceptable" classified items may have a shorter warranty period than their A-stock versions. Warranty information can be found by contacting the manufacturer or by contacting us via eBay messages.
