Payment

Preferred payment is by Paypal, however, we will accept cheques or postal orders, but please ensure that they are sent within 5 working days and please note that your order will not be sent until your cheque or Paypal payment has cleared.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. 
Please note however that this does not mean that you will receive your order within 48 hours.  Delivery times may vary during Royal Mail peak periods or Royal Mail Postal Strikes in your area.  Please check on this before leaving negative feedback for longer than expected delivery times.
 
If your item appears to be damaged upon receipt, it must be reported within 48hrs hours.  Replacements & refunds will be rejected if not reported in 48hrs as we will lose out right to claim back from courier.

Terms of Sale

If upon receipt you are not entirely satisfied with your item, or change your mind, then please return immediately and upon receipt, you will receive a refund.  You must however, return the item un-opened, unused and in original box.  In order to offer our customers the best possible prices, we work on minimal profits and therefore, cannot offer postage refunds or return postage refunds.
