If the item has been damaged in the post then please make contact within 14 days so that we may organise a replacement or full refund. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post) please contact us. (customers must wait until Royal Mail delivery timescales have passed before a lost in post claim can be made).
