Love Kate's are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied; please return within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition, (unopened, unused, and undamaged). Remember to enclose your Packing Slip. If the item has been damaged in the post then please make contact within 14 days so that we may organise a replacement or full refund. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post) please contact us. (customers must wait until Royal Mail delivery timescales have passed before a lost in post claim can be made).
