This is a listing for a new opened car swivel seat cushion blue in color as pictured. The manufacturer packaging is not included.  This was opened and not used. 

This would be great to use in a Car, Chair Or Stool and it is on a swivel base with a 360 Degree Rotation. 

The seat is 15-1/2" wide and the cushion is 2" tall. You can remove the blue cover and wash it.
