The Jacket has a Tightly wove Nylon Shell with soft polyester inside lining. The jacket is poly-filled and has diamond stitched inside lining. The jacket is a "Half Zip jacket were you pull it over and then zip it up from chest up. The BILLS Logos & Lettering is sewn on. The jacket has elastic cuffs and elastic waist band. The Hood is attached and has pull tongs to seal out the cold air. It's a medium to heavy weight jacket...really a well constructed good looking jacket.

WE TRY TO PRICE MODESTLY WHERE WE MAKE A FEW DOLLARS BUT NOT MARK UP MUCH.  But this year when we ordered, Starter raised the prices CONSIDERLY HIGHER..A LOT... to where we only ordered a few because of the price hikes.  It was around a 30% price hike on our wholesale side.  We really try to keep prices down but the new starters in some models they really knocked us.  The quality is outstanding.
