(1)About Update: about samsung mobile phone, "U" version CAN NOTE support OTA update, but you can update it from samsung officila website. and we often send "U1" version to customers, because it is support update. if you have any special request, pls remake when you place order;

(2)About Language:"U" and "U1" and "N"version maybe just only have Deutsch, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese,Japanese, Korean options, but you can add your languages by yourself. if you do not know how to do it, pls contact us to get vedio for adding languages;



(3)About Language: "U" and "U1" and "N"version just only support these langauges completely: Deutsch, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean.Vietnamese. some other languages such as Russian, Polish, Hebrew, Arabic,etc. just support partial in this phone, even you set your lanaguages correctly. it will show you about 50% English Menus (maybe more than 50%, it is depend on different langauges);
