1.Depending on our workload, we ship our items within 1-5 business days via standard SpeedPAK or international shipping if the shipment is in China;We ship our items via USPS or DHL within 1-3 business days if the shipping address is in the US.Sometimes items are shipped the same day but we don't promise that. Tracking numbers will be uploaded as soon as we can. Please allow us time. We do hope you understand.

2.Please make sure to provide us with correct,precise and detailed shipping address before purchase, and cannot change it once purchased.

3. Item must be returned in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling is notrefundable unless item is returned because of defect.

1.To return part(s) please e-mail us with your eBay, item #, full name, part number, that you placed you order with along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it and Provide photos of the parts you received, Provide the vehicle information Brand, Model, Year (4WD or 2WD) or Vin Number to proceed to verify the correct parts.

2.We offer 30-day refund and return policy, items cannot be returned or refunded after 30 days from the day you received your order. Any items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.  

3..All returns must be packaged properly. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer

1.AE AUTO WORLD offer a 1 YEAR WARRANTY only on the product. Shipping fees are not included in the execution of warranty claims.

2.AE AUTO WORLD is not liable for additional expenses incurred including but not limited to repair, towing, labor, rental car legal fees caused by any part failing for any reason. We assume or accept no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part. The stated warranty is limited to one replacement part per lifetime and is not transferable under any circumstances.

3.This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, and applies only to the first/original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately void.
