PCB is in good working order with no damage, pulled from a working unit.  I dont know much about this board, but it came from the County I live in IT auction they have every 4 years when they update. I talked to the IT guy and he assured me this was from a working LTC 8801/60 Allegiant Video Matrix unit and is good to go and in good working order.
