Refect toocil eyebrow and eyelash colors have been successful and milled millions of times worldwide for over 60 years. Colored eyebrows and eyebrows colored with a refect toocil just look better! The eyelashes appear significantly longer and more voluminous, since the coloring of the tips that have been bleached through the sun and water is emphasized. Light eyebrows can be emphasized with dark coloring.
Application
Step 1: Preparation
- Remove contact lenses.
- Clean the eye area with the oil-free, eyelash-strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover.
- For optimal results, use RefectoCil saline solution to remove residue from the eye area.
- Apply RefectoCil skin protection cream with eyelash papers or silicone pads according to the instructions.
Step 2: Mix & apply
- Mix 2cm of paint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream fresh to form a creamy paste.
- Then apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.
Step 3: Exposure time
- Eyelashes: 10 minutes.
- Brewing: 10 minutes.
Step 4: Done!
- Remove with clean water and cotton pads.
Tips & tricks
- If you have previously used RefectoCil Blonde Brow, the application time is shortened to 1-5 minutes, and with Eyelash Curl it is reduced to 2 minutes.
- Skin tolerance test: before first use or After longer breaks in dyeing, we recommend a skin tolerance test.
Notice
- For the color you still need the RefectoCil developer: Oxidant 3% or Oxidant Creme 3%.
