Refect toocil eyebrow and eyelash colors have been successful and milled millions of times worldwide for over 60 years. Colored eyebrows and eyebrows colored with a refect toocil just look better! The eyelashes appear significantly longer and more voluminous, since the coloring of the tips that have been bleached through the sun and water is emphasized. Bright eyebrows can be emphasized by a dark color.
Application
Step 1: Preparation
- Remove contact lenses.
- Clean the eye area with the oil-free, eyelash-powering refectocil micelle eye make-up remover.
- Free the eye area of residues for an optimal result with a refectoil saline solution.
- Use RefectoCil skin protection cream with eyelash leaves or silicone pads according to instructions.
Step 2: Mix & Apply
- 2cm of color with 10 drops of refectocil oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of refectocil oxidant cream fresh to a creamy paste.
- Then apply on eyebrows and eyelashes.
Step 3: exposure time
- Eyelashes: 10 minutes.
- Brauen: 10 minutes.
Step 4: done!
- Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
Tips & tricks
- If the use of Refectocil Blonde Brow, the application time is reduced to 1-5 minutes, at Eyelash Curl to 2 minutes.
- Skin compensation test: before the first application or After long dye breaks, we recommend a skin detention test.

- For the color you still need the refect toocil developer: oxidant 3% or oxidant cream 3%.
