Rare NIKKO ND-500ii Vintage Cassette Deck 1981-84.

This cassette deck is in great condition. It had a manufacturing period from 1981-1984.

All belts and head are in top shape and the cassette deck plays fantastic. Review all the photos.

"The Nikko has all the essential features of high fidelity cassette recording and playback including capability for normal, chrome, and metal bias tape formulations, Dolby B noise reduction, big volume level meters, and front panel headphone jack with output level control, mechanical place counter and more. The heads are in excellent shape and the sound is excellent. This deck's emphasis on doing essential functions well and leaving out "bells and whistles" (like auto-reverse), and its first rate Japanese engineering and construction, results in a solid and highly reliable component that won't demand the constant fine adjustments and frequent maintenance of so many other cassette transports. The Nikko ND-500ii is a very fine example of the peak era of analog home audio!"
