old wooden bucket firkin with handle and lid
1. not sure of date, late 1800s early 1900s
2.  sturdy
3. I have not cleaned this, right out of NH estate
4. overall very nice condition
5. very clean inside, looks like it was never used
6. very tight, staves are tight
7. bottom band is loose
8. handle pegged on, very secure
9. painting is all hand done, not stenciled, probably painted in the 1940s

2. across the top 7.75 in.
3. across bottom 8.75 in.
