We accept returns!
All of our products come with a return period of 30 days from the date of original delivery.
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service for instructions.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or no longer need the item (if unopened) within the 30 days, we will assist you with a return for full refund minus a 20% processing fee.
If there is an issue of damage, please send us pictures through mail. Depending on the damage, we will take further action to solve the problem as soon as possible. There are times when we can use the pictures as the actual return, thereby eliminating the time and hassle of packaging up the product and returning it to us for an exchange or refund.
Most of our orders will ship within 1 business day of being placed.
We ship our products primarily through FedEx Ground.
We only ship our products within the 48 continental states and do not ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes.
