Pre-order product ship after we have received the product from the distributor.

Please allow 3-5 days for in-stock orders to be shipped. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out that following Monday (unless it is a holiday, then it will ship that Tuesday.) 

Product comes in new/mint condition. We are not responsible for products that are damaged during transport.
