Scheppach BG200W Wet & Dry Bench Grinder Polisher Sharpener 250W 200mm/150mm

The Scheppach BG200W wet and dry bench grinder polisher sharpener combines wet and dry grinding for sharpening tools, removing material and finishing smaller metal workpieces. It is suitable for applications including blades, drill bits, chisels, axes, and metal pipes and plates, providing a versatile solution for workshop sharpening and grinding tasks.

The high-performance induction motor provides up to 250W of power for S2 30-minute operation, with quiet, low-vibration running for controlled grinding. The bench polisher uses a fast 150mm dry grinding wheel that rotates at up to 2980rpm for efficient material removal, providing a practical option for general sharpening and metal preparation.

For finer, more controlled sharpening, the wet dry grinder features a 200 x 40 mm wet grinding stone that rotates at a much slower speed of up to 136rpm. The integrated water container keeps the stone wet during operation, helping cool the workpiece and reduce the risk of overheating for accurate sharpening of blades, chisels and other suitable tools.

An adjustable workpiece support helps position tools securely against the grinding wheel, while the wet stone grinder also features adjustable spark protection and a clear safety shield around the dry wheel. Four mounting holes in the base also allow the 12kg machine to be securely fixed to a workbench for stable operation.
