The leather casing is in very good condition / has not dried out and is very sturdy.

The Brass mechanism is also in very good condition.

The stiching between the leather case was starting to deterioate and fall apart in some places so this has been repaired. (I super glued this along the seam; seemed to have done the trick and is holding strong however this has left a dark stain on the leather)

The tape itself is in very good condition. No tears all along the entire length. Rolls smooth and does not snag at any point.
