These sets had gum removed back in the early 1980's by the original owner to preserve the cards inside.  The sets were never sealed as this is how they came directly from Topps to Kmart.  Any sealed packs you might find were likely sealed after-market.

The box pictured is representative of what you will receive. Boxes are in excellent condition and cards are in near mint condition. The more you buy the more you save.
