Listing Update (Graphics Card Cables and Wire Gauge)...I am generally a fan of good quality power supplies rated at 650 watts or more. I say this because 650 watts appears to be the minimum wattage where reputable manufacturers consistently add that second 8-pin PCI-Express cable for high powered graphics cards. I realize lesser wattage power supplies will often have two 8-pin PCI-Express connectors on one cable, but these single cable options can run a little hot. I say this because most of these graphics card cables are 18 AWG (American Wire Gauge) and rated for a maximum of 288 watts. Additionally, each 8-pin connector is rated for 150 watts (for a total of 2 x 150 = 300 watts), so the cable and connectors are fairly evenly matched. Although, I'd rather not approach the maximums of either when it comes to a high-powered graphics card running under a heavy load. So the two PCI-Express cables that come with this 650 watt power supply are a real benefit, because they allow for the "load" to be shared.

This offering is for a new Antec NeoECO 650 GOLD (650 watt) semi modular power supply. The semi modular classification means the 24-pin (20+4) main board cable/connector, the 8-pin (4+4) EPS/CPU cable/connector and one of the 8-pin (6+2) PCI-Express cables (with two connectors) are permanently attached to the power supply, while the others are plug-ins (as needed). Additionally, it's rated as an 80 Plus Gold Certified unit and carries a 7 year warranty from the manufacturer. So it's considered a very good quality unit from a respected brand.

As for some background on my various new power supplies listed, I've purchased numerous units over the years and because the bike business is taking most of my time, I am unable to build as many computers as I would like. So I've decided to make some of these new power supplies available.

This unit has a number of different cables/connectors and all of them are black (sleeved or flat). There is a 24-pin (20+4) main board cable/connector, an 8-pin (4+4) EPS/CPU cable/connector, two 8-pin (6+2) PCI-Express cables (with two connectors on each cable), two SATA cables (with three connectors on each cable) and a legacy peripheral cable (with three Molex connectors). Lastly, there is a standard power cord and four screws (to mount the power supply) included with this offering.

As I mentioned above, this is a new power supply that will come to you in it's original retail box/packaging. It's never been used, but I did pull everything out of the box to make sure all the cables, accessories, etc. are still included (and they are...including the modular cables that are still factory sealed in their original plastic bag packaging). Please also note the UPC code has been removed from the box (last picture). There must've been a rebate associated with this power supply that I mailed in years ago (which is why its been removed from the retail packaging). Listing Update...I should also mention this is my last one on the shelf.

Note to international customers regarding shipping...

We feel this way, because this service is not trackable or insurable...so more risk of loss. We prefer the US Postal Services Priority Mail International service for more expensive orders, because this service is trackable at USPS.com and insurable...so less risk of loss. Unfortunately, this service is more expensive, especially for smaller/lighter packages, relative to the First Class International service. We are sorry about these higher shipping costs, but hopefully our notes help to explain why this is the case.

We also apologize to those that feel their country import taxes, duties and brokerage fees are excessive. As a small US business, we are required by customs' laws to declare each order as a retail sale. Additionally, the declared order value must be equal to total store purchases and/or winning auction bids (less any shipping costs, as these are not considered in the declared value).
