Injector Sleeve Material: the injector sleeve is made of plastic, which is durable and has a long service life.

Romeval

  1. Insert the sleeve puller thread puller shaft of the removal tool downward into the old sleeve.
  2. Screw the shaft into the shaft sleeve until the shaft firmly grasps the old shaft sleeve with threads.
  3. Pulls the whole removal tool out and get the old sleeve cup

 

Installation

  1. Clean the inside of the injector sleeve hole area and make sure it is clean to ensure proper sealing.
  2. Apply a layer of engine oil to the outside of the sleeve cup and put it into center of the cylinder injector hole.
  3. Use a sleeve drive tool and a hammer to drive the sleeve to the bottom of the casting.
