Economy shipping:

all economy shipping parcels do not come with tracking information or only provide tracking information when parcels are in China. If you haven't recieved your parcels after wait a long time, please contact your local post office to check your parcel by providing your recipient's name and mobile phone number. 

Standard shipping:

standard shipping parcels provide whole tracking information. Suggested!

Expedited shipping:

DHL is the default. UPS or FEDEX can be choosen as well.(when you bought relays more than 35 PCS,we will upgrade your shipping to Expedited shipping by free!)

When you submit a return or refund application, please 

1. Provide a detailed problem description and photos so that we can deal with it as soon as possible.
