Ingredients:
Hydrolysed whey protein isolate (milk) (87%), (emulsifier: soya lecithin), branched chain amino acids (5%) (leucine, isoleucine, valine, emulsifier: soya lecithin), thickener (carrageenan), flavours, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), sunflower oil powder (milk) sodium chloride. Product may contain: gluten, egg and nuts.
Directions for use:
Mix approximately one scoop of powder with 260ml of cold water or milk in a blender, shaker or glass and blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder dissolves. For best results, prepare the shake 30-60 minutes after training or use as a snack at any time.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the formula. During pregnancy and lactation, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Storage:
Out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
